Position: Marketing & Executive Support Coordinator (Nutraceutical Startup) PART TIME
We are an emerging nutraceutical supplement company with significant growth potential, seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to support both our marketing efforts and executive operations.
This role is best suited for someone who is an excellent communicator, highly organized, and experienced in marketing—particularly within social media and the health & wellness space. While we prefer candidates based in Southern California, we are open to remote candidates who are the right fit.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage social media platforms, including content planning and execution
- Oversee and optimize social media advertising campaigns
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to support brand growth
- Provide high-level executive support, including scheduling and coordination
- Manage email communications and assist with outreach efforts
- Help streamline daily operations with strong organizational skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Proven experience in marketing, especially social media strategy and execution
- Understanding of the health & wellness or supplement industry preferred
- Experience supporting sales and marketing initiatives
