The Role
We are looking for an experienced dental Office Manager to lead the patient care and administrative operations of our Phoenix office. This is a hands-on leadership role for a sharp, organized professional with real depth in insurance, claims, and collections. You will keep our front office efficient, accurate, and a step ahead.
What You'll Do
- Lead front office operations day to day with precision and accountability.
- Manage insurance verifications, pre-authorizations, and timely, accurate claim submissions and follow-ups.
- Maximize collections and minimize write-offs through diligent A/R management and patient financial coordination.
- Build productive, efficient schedules for our doctors and hygienists.
- Support and supervise the front desk team, setting a high bar for communication and performance.
- Monitor and report on the numbers that matter: collections, insurance aging, and practice financials.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of dental office management experience.
- Deep understanding of insurance processes, claim workflows, and dental billing.
- A proven track record of improving collections and reducing outstanding balances.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with dental practice management software (Denticon, Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar).
- A proactive mindset and a genuine interest in making the practice better.
