We are currently hiring a Case Manager Supervisor in Chicago, IL.
What will you do as a Case Manager Supervisor?
- Ensure services provided are domestic violence are trauma informed and strength based regarding the needs of the clients.
- Ensure adequate staffing to meet client needs and volume.
- Oversee a team of 6 employees and several volunteers
- Responsible for coordinating all client intakes, assessments, mental health services (i.e. individual, couples, groups), and follow-up client services.
- Maintain statistical data and periodically reviews to ensure quality service
- Ensure monthly, quarterly and annual reports are prepared and delivered on time
- Ensure staff maintain up to date and accurate client files and databases as required by CCAC
- Follow programmatic policies and procedures, professional standards, and external requirements and relevant regulatory and accrediting bodies in the course of performing job.
- Work collaboratively with other staff, departments, and/or community partner agencies in order to obtain
- resources for clients
- Monitor program budgets and make adjustments in order to maintain fiscal integrity

- Other duties as assigned
Who qualifies for the Case Manager Supervisor position?
· 5+ years of relevant experience
· Experience in domestic violence programs, shelters, or transitional housing preferred
· Prior case management experience strongly desired
· Supervisory or team leadership experience required
· Ability to manage staff, schedules, and program activities
· Bachelor’s degree in any Human Service field
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
· Clinical licensure a plus, not required
What hours will the Case Manager Supervisor work?
· 35-40 hours per week
· Contract to hire opportunity
How much will you earn as a Case Manager Supervisor?
· $29-31 per hour
