About Home Nation Home Nation is a family-owned, nationwide manufactured home dealer focused on providing affordable housing at scale. We sell factory-direct, allowing customers to save significantly compared to traditional dealerships. We specialize in drop-shipping homes directly from the manufacturer to the customer's land.
About the Role We do not install mobile homes, we help customers get in touch with local contractors and help customers coordinate their job. Your responsibility is to ensure every customer understands what to expect, has qualified professionals lined up, and is prepared to receive their home. After delivery, your responsibility is to help the customer all the way to Certificate of Occupancy.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact every home buyer after purchase to walk them through the delivery and installation process
- Follow up with sold customers consistently until they are ready for delivery
- Assist customers in understanding installation quotes, scope of work, and contractor expectations
- Source qualified contractors for foundation, setup, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, skirting, and steps
- Solicit and review quotes on behalf of customers, verifying fair pricing and complete coverage
- Maintain and update the internal contractor database with accurate, current contact information
- Coordinate with the Sales team to track customer progress and contractor engagement in CRM
Minimum Qualifications
- Construction-related experience with a working understanding of home installation processes
- Self-motivated and highly organized — able to manage a pipeline of customers without close supervision
- Strong communicator, both on the phone and in writing
- Basic tech proficiency: comfortable with email, search tools, and data entry
- Professional, customer-first attitude with a track record of following through
