Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Crew Chief to coordinate fencing installation teams on various projects. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure safety compliance, and maintain high standards of craftsmanship. Your leadership will drive project success while fostering a positive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate fencing installation crews to complete projects efficiently and safely
- This is largely a physically demanding role (i.e. pulling and securing material for the job, cleaning and maintaining the material yard and production facility)
- Ensuring your crews have everything they need to complete a successful project
- Inspect work sites regularly to ensure adherence to project specifications and safety protocols
- Communicate clear instructions and expectations to team members for each phase of the project
- Familiarity with surveys, and construction documentation
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple tasks effectively
Qualifications
- Successfully pass a background check
- A valid driver's license with a clean record
- Be able to lift 80 pounds
- Fencing knowledge and construction math
- Forklift experience
- Drive to succeed by problem solving and a determination to win
