Independent restaurant/bar in downtown Little Rock is looking to add one more strong server to our Front of House team
If you enjoy working in a non-chain locally owned environment, then please consider joining our team here. It is an original experience working daily side by side with the owners and a cast of fun personalities.
- Must be able to be ON TIME for your shift
- Must have POS experience and know the ins and outs of the Aloha software program
- Must have previous server experience waiting tables in full service type restaurants with knowledge of bar and cocktail service (something more than fast food, convenience store or pizza gigs)
- Must be available on holidays and weekends (Fri/Sat/Sun) including some late night shifts (2am on some shifts)
- Must be able to lift 50lbs over head (we have to sling kegs and cases of beer as well as bus tubs and glass racks - gotta be ready to help!)
- Must be able to work quickly in tight spaces
- Must be a people person with an easy going personality
- Must be able to perform well under stress and high pressure situations
- Must be a team player - no room for divas
- Must have a good attitude and a friendly smile
- Must be willing to pick up host and runner shifts when needed, if necessary
- Must be able to put down your phone and be aware of your surroundings. We are looking for folks who can behave professionally when on the clock.
