Renée’s Popcorn is expanding its e-commerce operations in Two Rivers, WI.
We’re hiring Distribution & Fulfillment Specialists focused on order fulfillment, shipping, and customer experience.
This role is detail-driven, organized, and customer-facing.
Starting pay is $15 with predictable schedules and benefits. Increase to $16 as soon as you pass the food safety certification test

Pay, Perks & Benefits

About the Role
This role is focused on e-commerce order fulfillment and customer experience. You will ensure customers receive the correct products on time and feel taken care of.
This role does not include popcorn production or product packaging.
What You’ll Be Doing: Distribution & Fulfillment
- Pick and pack e-commerce orders accurately
- Print packing slips and prepare packages for shipment
- Select shipping methods and hand off to carriers
- Keep distribution and inventory areas clean, stocked, and organized
- Assist with finished goods organization and inventory counts
- Coordinate with the Operations team on finished product availability to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
Customer Experience
- Answer customer questions via phone, email, or social media
- Take orders and resolve product or order issues

Who You Are
- At least 18 years old
- Friendly, outgoing, positive, and eager to learn
- Strong communicator
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- Able to lift 10–50 lbs and stand or walk up to 8 hours
- Nicotine-free during work hours (gum/patch OK)
- Reliable transportation
- Clean, professional appearance
Bonus (Not Required):
- E-commerce fulfillment or customer service experience
- Interest in growing into a Distribution Lead role (additional pay and equity available)
Schedule
- 8-hour shifts
- Predictable Mon–Fri or Tue–Sat schedules, with part-time weekend help as needed
- Overtime or holidays as needed
