Position Summary
The Workforce and Wellness Coordinator provides individualized career coaching, meal planning and overall wellness programming, coordinates employment and vocational programming, builds relationships with local employers, and supports participants as they develop the life skills and confidence needed to obtain and maintain health and meaningful employment.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct vocational assessments and develop individualized employment plans.
· Provide career coaching and employment support.
· Assist participants with resumes, job applications, interview preparation, workplace communication, and career exploration.
· Build relationships with employers and develop recovery-friendly employment opportunities.
· Support participants in obtaining and maintaining employment.
· Connect participants with education, certifications, vocational training, and other workforce resources.
· Help participants overcome barriers to employment and develop workplace problem-solving skills.
· Assist with meal planning, grocery budgeting, money management, exercise routines, spiritual wellness, and overall healthy lifestyle planning.
· Track participant progress, employment outcomes, and program data.
· Collaborate with case managers, clinical staff, peer support specialists, employers, educational institutions, and community partners.
What We're Looking For
· Experience in workforce development, coaching, case management, recovery services, or a related field preferred.
· Strong relationship-building and motivational skills.
· Organized, dependable, and self-directed.
· Passionate about helping individuals achieve long-term recovery, wellness, and independence.
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
