Enrollment Specialist
Inside Sales and Customer Service

Role summary
High-volume, phone-based enrollment role in a call center environment. You will work inbound and outbound leads, guide families through enrollment, and close enrollments using HubSpot CRM. This role is fast-paced, metrics-driven, and customer focused.
Core responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails daily
- Qualify students and families and determine program fit
- Guide families through the full enrollment process and orientation
- Deliver strong customer service that drives enrollment and retention
- Meet or exceed call, follow-up, and enrollment goals
- Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM
- Work collaboratively with the enrollment team
- Participate in required meetings and training
Required qualifications
- Bilingual Spanish and English required
- Call center, inside sales, or customer service experience preferred
- Comfort making and receiving dozens of calls per day
- Strong phone presence and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities
- Basic proficiency with Google Workspace
- CRM experience required, HubSpot strongly preferred
- Must hold a current Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
This is a phone-first, performance-based role. Success is measured by activity, follow-through, and enrollments.

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Call center: 1 year (Preferred)
- Language:
- Spanish (Preferred)
- License/Certification:
- AZ IVP Fingerprint Card (Preferred)
