Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clarity and efficiency
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments via POS systems like OpenTable or other platforms
- Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to maintain smooth operations
Experience
- Previous restaurant or food service experience with a focus on fine dining or nightlife environments such as nightclubs is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms is essential
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Proven ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while delivering exceptional guest service
- Experience in upselling techniques, guest relations, and providing memorable hospitality experiences
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy are required
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment with excellent communication skills
