The Game Service attendant, or GSA, ensures that Players have a safe, fun, and memorable experience every time they come to Humdingers. They are here to greet players throughout the facility, ensure that all of our games are operational and clean, keep all of our prizes looking good and stocked, and keep all of the attractions running smoothly.
What You'll Do:
Responsibilities include maintenance, care, and cleaning of games, attractions, and most aspects of the facility, including, but not limited to: arcade games, bowling lanes, batting cages, laser maze, and light mechanical repairs in other areas.
Tasks Include:
Monitoring Arcade and Attractions for any concerns with Safety, Security, and Playability
Assisting Players with any concerns that they may have while at Humdingers
Filling and Maintaining products in all merchandise games
Cleaning Games and Attraction areas to ensure general cleanliness of the equipment and facility
Handle all Player complaints Professionally and escalate when necessary
Assist in Trouble Shooting and repairing downed games and attractions
Report all issues to management
Assist in Game Moves and setting up new equipment
Troubleshooting Player Card issues, coin Jams, and other game issues
Perform any other Tasks assigned by Management
Must-Haves:
Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills
Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and some holidays
Able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods
Ability to work as part of the team and willingness to learn
Ability to work with hands, tools, ladders, and computers is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in arcade game repair
Driver's License
Mechanical and Electronic Troubleshooting ability
