Education, Work Experience, Skill Requirements & Certifications:
1. Minimum Education (or substitute experience) required:
- High School Graduate or GED equivalent
2. Minimum Experience required:
- Minimum 2 years of related experience as a Machine Operator in the food industry preferred
- Experience with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) preferred
3. Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to read, speak and write in English
- Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) plant safety and OSHA requirements
- Proven success with working in a team environment
4. Additional Information
- Exposure to food allergens, wheat, nuts, coconut, soy products
- May work additional overtime including weekends
Salary:
$16.00 to start (plus shift differential if applicable). May need to work overtime as needed.
