Focused Care at Hogan Park is looking for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to join our in-house therapy team!

What You'll Do
As a COTA, you'll work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide skilled therapy services and help residents improve their independence, mobility, daily living skills, and quality of life.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing individualized therapeutic interventions
- Assisting residents with ADLs and functional activities
- Educating residents, families, and caregivers
- Completing timely and accurate documentation
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team
What We're Looking For
- Active Texas COTA license
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- LTC/SNF or geriatric experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for helping residents reach their highest level of independence
