Stanley Steemer provides carpet, furniture, tile, wood and air-duct cleaning, along with water restoration, color sealing, and new flooring sales and installation.

Pay and Advancement
Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour
Commission Potential: Up to $90,000+ per year
- Paid training provided

- After training: $18.00 per hour plus commission
- Lead Cleaning Technicians can earn an average of $750–$1,850+ per week through commissions on additional services and sales
This position is designed as a training role for future Lead Cleaning Technicians. Employees will be evaluated after 30 days for advancement.

Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Perform carpet, tile, wood, furniture, air-duct and related cleaning services
- Drive or ride in company cleaning vehicles
- Move light furniture
- Educate customers about additional services based on their needs
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Clean motor vehicle record
- Reliable transportation
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to regularly bend, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl
- Able to sit or ride in a vehicle for extended periods
- Tattoos must remain covered while working
- Must pass testing for illegal drugs
- Outgoing, dependable and accountable

Pay: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour
