Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly, providing personalized shopping experiences.
- Assist customers with product selection, including detailed product description writing to highlight features and benefits.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for sales transactions and record keeping.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the retail space, ensuring a welcoming environment through retail store housekeeping.
- Manage online retail platforms and e-commerce orders efficiently, ensuring timely processing and customer satisfaction.
- Support retail sales goals through proactive communication and upselling techniques.
- Keep track of inventory levels, restock shelves, and assist with retail math calculations for stock management.
Skills
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to serve a diverse clientele effectively.
- Proven experience in retail store environments with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Strong knowledge of retail math, record keeping, and POS systems.
- Experience with online retail platforms and e-commerce operations.
- Excellent communication skills in English; ability to clearly articulate product details and store policies.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a polished store appearance.
