We are looking for a dynamic, friendly, and detail-oriented Dental Front Office Coordinator to be the face of our office and ensure our daily operations run smoothly.
As our Front Office Coordinator, you will play a critical role in shaping the patient experience and supporting our clinical team. Your daily responsibilities will include:
Patient Hospitality: Greet patients with a warm smile, managing both the check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
Schedule Management: Orchestrate appointment scheduling to maximize office efficiency and optimize our dentists' time.
Professional Communication: Handle incoming phone calls with a high level of professionalism, answering inquiries and providing clear information.
RecordsCompliance: Maintain precise, confidential patient records in accordance with privacy regulations.
Insurance Coordination: Work closely with dental insurance providers to manage, verify, and process claims accurately.
Office Administration: Assist in monitoring office inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining a tidy reception area.
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of dental office experience is REQUIRED.
Software Skills: Familiarity with dental office management software is highly preferred.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
Organization: Strong multitasking abilities, highly organized, and fiercely detail-oriented.
