Aplós Simple Mediterranean is hiring dependable kitchen team members who can work evenings and weekends. We operate a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen focused on serving fresh Mediterranean food with consistency, speed, and attention to quality.
Restaurant experience is preferred but not required. Applicants without prior experience must be willing to learn, accept coaching, and work effectively as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Aplós recipes and standards
- Work assigned stations, including grill, pizza, fry, salad, prep, or kitchen expo
- Maintain speed, accuracy, and food quality during high-volume service
- Keep assigned stations clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service
- Follow food-safety, sanitation, and temperature-control procedures
- Communicate with coworkers and assist other stations when needed
- Complete opening, closing, cleaning, and restocking responsibilities
Qualifications
- Available to work nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Restaurant or kitchen experience preferred but not required
- Willing to learn new stations, recipes, and procedures
- Dependable, punctual, and prepared to work scheduled shifts
- Able to accept direction and respond professionally to coaching
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Committed to teamwork, cleanliness, consistency, and food quality
