Kinder Joy Learning Academy is looking for a kitchen manager/cook. As a cook will plan, prepare, and serve daily meals, and snacks. You will lead daily kitchen activities, maintain a clean, and sanitized space. In this role, you will be responsible for the planning of daily nutritional meals such as breakfast and lunch, beverages, and snacks. The ideal candidate will be great with time management, food quality, organization, safety and sanitation standards.
Job Requirements:
- Have a passion for cooking, and hospitality. Prior experience not required, yet some knowledge of food preperation is preferred.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Able to read, write and speak English.
- Have a valid driver’s license with good driving record.
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food preparation and cooking
- Must have ServSafe Food handler certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
