We are seeking a skilled Roadside Diesel Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing roadside diesel engines and related systems to ensure optimal performance. As a Roadside Diesel Mechanic, you will play a vital role in diagnosing, servicing, and repairing various road-diesel-powered trucks, trailers, and equipment to uphold safety and efficiency standards.
++ We prefer that you have had experience as a gas and diesel mechanic
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks on roadside diesel engines, including inspecting brakes, servicing electrical systems, and diagnosing engine issues.
- Perform repairs on roadside diesel engine components such as fuel systems, cooling systems, and exhaust systems.
- Utilize diagnostic tools to identify mechanical problems and troubleshoot effectively.
- Repair and replace faulty parts in roadside diesel engines to restore functionality.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize and complete repair jobs efficiently.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on roadside diesel-powered equipment.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Roadside Diesel Mechanic, specializing in diesel engine repair.
- Familiarity with industrial equipment and roadside diesel diagnostics is advantageous.
- Ability to work on electrical systems and perform brake repairs.
