What You’ll Do:

Welcome customers upon arrival with a friendly, professional attitude.

Direct customers to the appropriate service advisor or waiting area.

Assist with vehicle check-in, tagging keys, and updating service records.

Maintain a clean and organized service drive.

Communicate effectively with service advisors, porters, and technicians.

Deliver exceptional customer service that reflects the Loyalty brand.
What We’re Looking For:

Strong attention to detail and professionalism.

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Previous automotive or customer service experience preferred (but not required).
