Duties

- Collaborate with fellow board members and executive leadership to develop and implement strategic plans.

- Monitor organizational compliance with legal standards, governance policies, and ethical practices.
- Advocate for the organization’s mission within the community, fostering partnerships and business development opportunities.
Experience
- Proven experience in corporate strategy development or strategic management roles.
- Demonstrated leadership at an executive level within business management or nonprofit organizations.
- Strong background in financial oversight, including nonprofit financial management and budget supervision.
- Experience managing or supervising senior teams, fostering collaboration across leadership levels.
- Skilled in entrepreneurship or business development with a focus on sustainable growth initiatives.
- Expertise in fundraising strategies for organizational expansion and resource acquisition.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including fellow board members, senior executives, and community partners.

Pay: $32,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
