Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Front Desk Manager to lead our guest services team at our vibrant Fitness Center. Duties
- Manage daily front desk operations, including guest check-in, membership sales and personal training organization
- Lead and motivate the front desk team to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold brand standards
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Oversee computer systems for health club management
- Conduct daily audits to reconcile daily transactions, ensuring accuracy
- Maintain accurate records of member information and training packages
- Perform daily cleaning tasks to keep facility to a high standard
- Foster a welcoming environment that promotes guest relations, loyalty, and positive reviews
- Maintain certification and insurance records for Fitness staff
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in front desk operations
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Experience with audit procedures and cash handling processes
- Exceptional communication skills including phone etiquette and guest interaction techniques
- Ability to lead a team, manage multiple priorities, and resolve issues efficiently
- Team mindset and strong confidence

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
