Job Description
Cold Stone Creamery is looking for a creative, energetic, and customer-focused team member to join our team as an Ice Cream Cake Decorator & Server.
In this role, you will combine artistic cake decorating skills with excellent customer service to create memorable experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities: Cake Decorating
- Decorate custom ice cream cakes based on customer requests and store standards
- Write messages and design cakes using icing, toppings, and mix-ins
- Prepare cakes in advance for display and special orders
- Maintain high standards of presentation, quality, and consistency
- Manage cake inventory, labeling, and storage
Customer Service
- Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude
- Prepare ice cream creations on the Cold Stone
- Take accurate orders and recommend add-ons or upgrades
- Operate POS system and handle transactions responsibly
- Maintain speed and efficiency during busy hours
Store Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, service area, and equipment
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist with opening and closing tasks
- Follow portion control guidelines to reduce waste
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth store operations
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
