Position Overview
We are seeking Occupational Therapists for two opportunities in Dickinson, North Dakota. Candidates can choose between an established outpatient clinic or a hospital-based inpatient/outpatient setting. Opportunity 1: Outpatient Clinic

Opportunity 2: Hospital-Based Inpatient & Outpatient
Join a collaborative hospital rehabilitation team providing occupational therapy services across both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Treat patients of various ages across inpatient and outpatient care
•
PRN, part-time, and full-time schedules available
•
$8,000 sign-on bonus for eligible full-time candidates

$1,000/month housing stipend for the first six months for qualifying candidates who relocate

Occupational Therapist Responsibilities
•
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on their needs and goals
•
Provide occupational therapy treatment across the applicable care setting
•
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
•
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
•
Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and other members of the care team
•
Assist with the development and implementation of therapy programs
•
Present in-services and collaborate with fellow therapy professionals
•
Support general department operations as needed
•
Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants in accordance with North Dakota regulations when applicable
•
Maintain a strong commitment to exceptional patient care and outcomes
Qualifications
•
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
•
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
•
Current North Dakota Occupational Therapist license or eligibility to obtain North Dakota licensure
•
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
•

Compensation & Benefits
$40–$46/hour, depending on experience, location, setting, and other applicable factors.
