Overview: The primary job function is to oversee the processes and people involved in the manufacturing of product. The secondary job function is to provide the leadership and knowledge necessary to support production in effort to make a reasonable rate of return on its investment.
Essential Duties:
-Establish processes for new molds
-Troubleshoot issues with production to ensure customer specifications are met
-Complete sampling in coordination with Quality per customer requirements
-Review and approve alterations to production processes
-Ensure lead operators and process techs are properly trained on specific mold procedures
-Assist as needed on the production floor
-Ensure safety and housekeeping standards are maintained throughout the facility
-Maintain a clean and orderly work area
-MM1, MM2, Systematic Molding preferred
-Roboshot and Yushin a plus
