Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily store operations during your shift, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service.
- Manage team members by providing training, coaching, and performance feedback to foster a motivated and skilled workforce.
- Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maintain an attractive and organized store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high levels of satisfaction through effective communication skills.
- Assist with recruiting efforts by participating in interviewing potential employees and supporting onboarding processes.
- Monitor sales activities, implement sales strategies, and support promotional initiatives to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Manage cash handling procedures, POS transactions, payroll processing, and basic bookkeeping to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Experience
- Proven supervisory or management experience in retail sales or customer service environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual abilities are highly desirable.
- Experience with inventory control, merchandising, POS systems, and retail math is preferred.
- Familiarity with employee orientation, interviewing techniques, recruiting practices, and payroll processes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple responsibilities such as cash handling, pricing, and stock management.

Pay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour
