What You'll Do
- Sell. Work warm leads we hand you, plus generate your own new business by phone, networking, and referrals.
- Market yourself. Be your own brand — hustle drives results here.
- Build relationships. Network with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, auto dealers, and other local business owners.
- Grow accounts. Cross-sell products, manage renewals, and keep clients coming back.
- Deliver. Hit your production goals and give every customer a five-star experience.
What You Bring
- A track record of crushing sales goals (outside sales, retail, telemarketing — we want proven closers)
- Strong communication skills — you can explain complex stuff simply and make people trust you
- A P&C license, or the drive to get one fast
- Comfort with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Bilingual? Huge plus.
