General Manager Satellite Store
Precision Laser & Instrument – Monroe, Ohio (Cincinnati area)
General Manager :
- Oversee daily operation, organization and sales at store.
- Work with Corporate Manager(s) on Sales related issues and responsibilities.
- Work with Ops/Finance on Financial and Operational issues and responsibilities.
- Oversee Team members at store.
- Conduct Bi-weekly meetings at store; Sales, Service Strategies.
Compensatory Package:
Salary – TBD
Bonus/Commission potential (Future);
- Increased Sales revenue and profitability TBD.
Traditional PLI Compensation Package:
- Bonus/Commission Potential
- Profit Sharing – when applicable
- 401 k – 4% match on 5% invested. Maximum 4% match.
- Health Benefits – PLI currently pays 80% of Health Coverage. Subject to change
- Vision & Dental are optional at Team Members expense. Very competitive premiums though through Guardian.
- Vacation – 2 Weeks Paid - Start
- No weekend work unless (very) necessary.
- Limited Travel (very limited).
- Life insurance paid by PLI. $ 25,000.00 policy – you own.
- Business Expenses – reimbursed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
