We're looking for a Licensed NJ Real Estate Agent to join our team as a Showing Assistant to support two top Agents in Mercer County NJ.
This is a full-time salaried position, so you'll enjoy the stability of a paycheck without the pressure of relying on commissions. You'll spend your days doing what most agents actually enjoy: searching for homes, touring properties, and helping buyers find the right fit.
What you'll do
- Search for homes that match buyers' needs
- Schedule and conduct property showings
- Accompany buyers on tours and provide a great client experience
What you won't do
- Write offers
- Structure deals
- Negotiate contracts
- Handle transaction management
We take care of everything after the showing—you simply focus on delivering an exceptional experience.
Requirements
- Active New Jersey real estate license (Pennsylvania license is a plus)
- Strong people skills and reliable transportation
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
You'll also have the freedom to work on your own personal real estate deals, provided your responsibilities with the team always come first.

Pay: $34,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
