Full Job Description
A well-established manufacturing company with more than 60 years of success is seeking a dependable CNC Panel Saw Operator to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined and enjoys working independently while being part of a supportive, small-team environment.
Previous CNC panel saw experience is helpful but not required. Candidates with backgrounds in construction, mechanics, manufacturing, woodworking, or other hands-on trades are encouraged to apply. The company offers a positive workplace culture, excellent benefits, and long-term career stability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and position full 4' x 8' material sheets onto the CNC panel saw
- Program and operate CNC equipment to complete accurate cuts
- Read measurements and use a tape measure to verify specifications
- Change saw blades and perform basic machine adjustments
- Inspect finished materials for quality and accuracy
- Follow production schedules and work orders
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work independently while collaborating with a small production team
Qualifications:
- Mechanical aptitude and a hands-on work ethic
- Ability to accurately use a tape measure
- Manufacturing, construction, woodworking, or mechanical experience preferred
- Previous CNC panel saw or CNC machine experience is a plus
- Ability to lift and move material sheets safely
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Dependable attendance and reliability
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
