A brand-new Mediterranean-inspired restaurant and cocktail bar opening soon in the heart of Downtown Sarasota is looking for an experienced and energetic Bartender to join the opening team.
We are creating a lively, stylish atmosphere centered around craft cocktails, wine, draft beer, Mediterranean food, aperitivo, and social dining.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous bartending experience
- Strong knowledge of classic and craft cocktails
- Comfortable working in a busy environment
- Friendly, outgoing personality and excellent customer service
- Professional, reliable, and organized
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Passion for hospitality and creating a great guest experience
Experience with cocktail development, wine, or European/Mediterranean-style concepts is a plus.
