Our Wendy's restaurant located in Bowling Green, Ohio is looking to hire Assistant General Managers at $16.00 / HR with a 40-hour work week who will join our fun, energetic and fast-paced team! The Managers will be responsible for keeping our restaurants exceptionally clean and well-run. They will assist the General Manager in day-to-day restaurant operations and managing the staff of our Wendy's. Manager duties include:
- Delighting every customer by delivering friendly yet fast dining experiences
- Building a fun work environment with your teammates where positive recognition is a top priority
- Executing company policies, procedures and programs
- Complying with food safety procedures
- Achieving sales goals while managing costs including food and labor
- Manage and maintain safe working conditions
- Interviewing and recommending crew members for selection in hiring
- Providing proper training of crew members
