Looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and motivated to support the day-to-day operations of our startup. This is an entry-level position designed for someone who is looking to gain practical business experience and develop a broad understanding of how an organization operates.
The Operations Coordinator will work across multiple areas of the business, helping to coordinate schedules, create and maintain records, communicate with internal teams and external partners, and ensure that routine operational tasks are completed accurately and on time.
This is a great opportunity for a college student or recent graduate who wants to build experience in business operations, administration, project coordination, customer service, or management.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the day-to-day coordination of business operations
- Maintain and update spreadsheets, databases, records, and internal documentation
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, deliveries, appointments, and other operational activities
- Communicate with employees, customers, vendors, and other external partners as needed
- Track orders, requests, invoices, supplies, and other operational information
- Monitor tasks and follow up with team members to ensure deadlines are met
- Prepare basic reports, presentations, and other business documents
- Help identify and resolve routine operational issues
- Assist with onboarding, scheduling, and administrative processes
- Support special projects and process-improvement initiatives
- Ensure information is accurate, organized, and up to date
- Perform general administrative and organizational tasks as needed
Qualifications
Required:
- Currently enrolled in college or a recent college graduate
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Dependable, professional, and willing to learn
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team
Preferred, but not required:
Coursework in business, communications, hospitality, or social sciences, experience working with Excel or Google Sheets, experience coordinating projects, schedules, events, or other activities.
