Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced, bilingual Community Manager to live on-site and lead day-to-day operations at one of our residential communities. You will be the face of the property, the point of contact for residents, and the person who keeps everything running well. This role includes supervising a maintenance technician and reporting to a Regional Property Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all leasing activity: advertising, showings, applicant screening, rental agreements, and deposits in compliance with fair housing laws and company procedures
- Deliver consistent, professional customer service to prospective residents, current residents, and visitors
- Conduct move-in and move-out inspections, prepare legal notices, and maintain accurate files and records
- Perform regular property walks to ensure safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal
- Coordinate unit turns and manage vendors to ensure units are rent-ready on schedule
- Handle bank deposits, weekly vacancy reports, and all required forms and reporting
- Enforce community rules and regulations with professionalism and consistency
- Use AppFolio and Microsoft Office to manage daily operations
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience in residential property management, leasing, and customer service
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken (required)
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AppFolio or Yardi experience strongly preferred
- Valid California driver's license and proof of insurance
- Ability to manage competing priorities with attention to detail

Schedule
- Monday through Friday, standard 8-hour shifts, with occasional weekend, holiday, and on-call responsibilities as needed.
