What You'll Do as an Entry Level Enrollment Agent:
- Connect with customers and provide information about Kinetic products, services, and available promotions.
- Assist customers with enrollment processes and account-related inquiries.
- Answer customer questions and ensure they understand available service options.
- Build strong relationships through exceptional customer interactions.
- Support customer retention efforts by delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve performance goals.
- Maintain a professional representation of our clients and brands.

- Previous sales or customer-facing experience is beneficial but not required

Pay: $49,872.79 - $60,061.86 per year
