Respiratory Therapist II (RRT) – Night Shift | Up to $55/Hour
Pay: $50–$55 per hour
Schedule: 12-Hour Night Shifts (6:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

We are seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join a hospital team providing high-quality respiratory care in a fast-paced acute care environment. This opportunity is ideal for therapists with strong critical care experience who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities
- Administer respiratory medications and treatments.
- Perform comprehensive respiratory assessments using the evaluate-and-treat process.
- Manage ventilators and provide respiratory care for critically ill adult patients.
- Deliver care for complex, high-acuity patient populations.
- Document all patient care accurately using Epic EMR.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on respiratory therapies.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Assist with training and mentoring new staff members.
- Participate in quality improvement and professional development initiatives.
Schedule
- 12-hour night shifts: 6:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Weekend-only availability preferred
- Every other weekend required
- Holiday rotation required
- No on-call requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Respiratory Therapy experience
- Adult Critical Care experience required
- Experience with Epic documentation
- Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential (NBRC)
- Active Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license (as applicable)
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- Current PALS certification
- Current NRP certification (or eligible within 180 days)
