Overview
We’re looking for a proactive, highly organized Executive Assistant to support the Director of Customer Service & Support. This role goes beyond traditional admin work—you’ll act as a key partner in driving communication, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and ensuring initiatives are executed effectively across teams.

What You’ll Do
Executive & Team Support
- Partner directly with the Director to manage priorities, communications, and follow-ups
- Coordinate and help execute departmental initiatives from planning through completion
- Prepare reports, summaries, and internal communications
- Track action items and ensure accountability across teams
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Serve as a central point of contact between Customer Support and other departments
- Keep projects moving by identifying gaps, following up, and driving clarity
- Help ensure teams stay aligned on priorities, timelines, and deliverables
Administrative Support
- Manage documentation, reporting, and internal workflows
- Process purchase requests and track orders and approvals
- Support inventory and supply coordination
- Assist with expense report review and general admin tasks
Timekeeping & Reporting (Secondary)
- Maintain accurate employee time records and resolve discrepancies
- Support weekly reporting (hours, PTO, overtime)
- Ensure documentation is complete and submitted on time
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in an Executive Assistant, Administrative, or similar role
- Strong organization and follow-through—you don’t let things drop
- Clear, professional communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Excel and standard office tools
- Experience supporting leadership is a strong plus

Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
