Duties
- Process a variety of banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, cashing checks, and loan payments with precision and efficiency
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding clients through banking products and services
- Promote and upsell financial services such as savings accounts, loans, and credit products to meet customer needs and enhance their banking experience
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including balancing cash drawers and performing debit & credit transactions using financial software
- Detect and prevent fraud by monitoring suspicious activity and adhering to security protocols during all transactions
- Support loan origination processes by assisting customers with loan applications and processing documentation efficiently
- Maintain strong customer relationships through effective relationship management techniques and personalized service
Requirements
- Proven experience in banking or retail sales with a focus on customer service excellence
- Strong knowledge of banking operations including cash management, cashiering, debits & credits, and basic math skills such as retail math and 10 key typing proficiency
- Familiarity with financial software systems used for transaction processing and record keeping
- Ability to perform detailed math calculations accurately under pressure
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse customers and team members
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while adhering to fraud prevention protocols
- A proactive attitude with the motivation to upsell products and foster long-term customer relationships

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
