We provide compassionate, evidence-based care through psychotherapy, psychological evaluations, support groups, and specialized wellness programs designed to meet clients wherever they are in their journey. Our services include individual, couples, and family therapy, psychological assessments, chronic pain support, weight management programs, and services tailored to the each client's unique needs. With both in-person appointments in Pembroke Pines and telehealth services available throughout Florida, we are committed to making high-quality mental health care accessible, personalized, and convenient.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, group, or family counseling sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
- Monitor client progress regularly, adjusting treatment strategies to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Educate clients on coping mechanisms, stress management, and emotional regulation strategies.
- Maintain detailed and confidential documentation of sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with legal and organizational standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare providers to coordinate care.
- Support crisis intervention efforts when clients experience acute mental health episodes or emergencies.
Qualifications
- Registered interns welcomed if they have certifications mentioned below.
- Valid licensure as a Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent where applicable.
- Proven experience providing mental health counseling trough telehealth platforms.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly with diverse populations.
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as EMDR, ACT, Midfullness, ART, NLP, RRT, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or similar approaches.
- Excellent communication skills, active listening, empathy, and clear articulation of concepts.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism, discretion, and resilience.

Pay: $50.00 - $75.00 per hour
