Key Responsibilities

Provide friendly, timely “Guest First” service, making guests the center of your attention

Know and follow your posted schedule with punctuality and professionalism

Master menu items, wines, beers, and cocktails to confidently answer guest questions and make recommendations

Maintain a clean, organized workstation and adhere to sanitation standards

Follow company policies, steps of service, and alcohol awareness procedures

Take and deliver accurate food and beverage orders using the point-of-sale system

Assist fellow team members to ensure cooperative and seamless guest service

Handle payments accurately, including cash, credit cards, coupons, and gift cards

Participate in clearing and resetting dining tables and perform side work throughout your shift

Attend company meetings and training sessions to stay updated and improve skills
Qualifications & Skills

6 months to 2 years of related bartending experience preferred

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Required Alcohol Certification and Food Handler’s Certificate as applicable

Strong verbal communication and basic math skills

Ability to see, hear, read, and write in English

Capable of managing workflow and resolving issues with supervisor support
Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk throughout entire shifts in a restaurant environment

Capability to lift up to 50 lbs

Frequent use of hands to operate equipment and communicate effectively
