Warehouse Equipment Operator (Forklift / Box Clamp / Slip Sheet)
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM (Overtime Available)
Location: Rincon, GA

Kudzu Staffing is currently seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Equipment Operator to fill an opening with a growing warehouse operation in Rincon, GA. This is a long-term, full-time opportunity for an experienced operator who is comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience operating forklifts, box clamp attachments, and slip sheet attachments, while also being willing to perform general warehouse duties throughout the shift. This is not a position where you'll remain on equipment all day—the ability to jump in wherever needed is essential.
This warehouse is not climate controlled. Candidates must be comfortable working in hot warehouse conditions, especially during the summer months.
Requirements of the Warehouse Equipment Operator
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating forklifts, box clamps, and slip sheet attachments required
- Previous warehouse experience required
- Experience handling large, heavy, and oversized pallet loads
- Ability to safely move pallets stacked up to approximately 8 feet high
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled (hot) warehouse environment
- Willingness to perform both equipment operation and general warehouse labor
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the shift
- Strong attention to safety and accuracy
- Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Experience loading and unloading trailers is preferred
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities of the Warehouse Equipment Operator
- Operate forklifts, box clamp attachments, and slip sheet equipment safely and efficiently
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse
- Safely transport large palletized loads, including stacks up to 8 feet high
- Wrap, stack, and stage pallets for storage and shipment
- Assist with loading and unloading trailers
- Perform general warehouse duties including organizing, cleaning, and material handling
- Inspect equipment before use and report any maintenance concerns
- Follow warehouse safety procedures and company policies
- Work efficiently to meet daily production and shipping goals

- 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- Overtime available as needed
Please Note: This is a hands-on position. Operators should expect to spend approximately 60–70% of the day operating equipment and 30–40% performing general warehouse duties, including wrapping, stacking, and preparing pallets for shipment. We are seeking candidates looking for a long-term career, not temporary work.
