Many of our projects are rentals or speculative so a self-driven person who can be trusted is key to this position. A good driving record as well as background check is needed. This position is a field working one. All aspects of interior and exterior maintenance, protections, repair, as well as the building skills is part of it. The candidate needs to be well-rounded and able to work independently to be successful in this position. There is endless growth potential for a motivated candidate. The job is part time and can grow as we are looking for someone who needs more work or jobs but has some of their own.
