,BCBA – Mcallen/Edinburg | Small Caseload | Paid Admin Time
Tree of Life ABA Therapy is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our small clinical team in the McAllen/Edinburg area. We are a clinician-led ABA company focused on providing high-quality, individualized care for children ages 2–22 in home, school, and community settings.
We intentionally maintain small BCBA caseloads (typically 6–8 clients) to allow our clinicians the time needed to provide meaningful supervision, thoughtful treatment planning, and strong collaboration with families and staff.
Our BCBAs are supported with manageable caseloads and paid administrative time so clinical decisions can prioritize quality of care rather than productivity pressure.
Our goal is to create an environment where BCBAs can focus on clinical quality, ethical practice, and sustainable work-life balance. We value clinicians who are interested in building long-term relationships with their clients and team.
