Xpress Mobile Detail is looking for experienced, detail-oriented, and reliable Independent Auto Detailing Subcontractors (1099) to join us providing great service to Katy, Cypress and Cinco Ranch area customers.

Compensation & The Hybrid Split Model
We offer a competitive compensation structure based on a percentage of the total final ticket price.
- Scenario A (Use Your Gear): You operate your own commercial vehicle, tools, and chemicals. You earn a 60% split of the ticket.
- Scenario B (Use Our Gear): You rent our fully equipped, stocked, and fueled Company Van & Equipment and you earn a 40% split of the ticket.
- Orientation Stipend: We provide a one-day orientation on our customer's expectations, which includes a one-time flat stipend payout.
- Weekly Payouts: Paid every Friday for all jobs completed by Wednesday.

- Total Flexibility: You are under no obligation to accept; choose the jobs that work for your schedule.
- Premium Execution: Once you accept a job, you commit to fulfilling the service.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Experience: Proven professional experience in mobile vehicle detailing (interior/exterior, shampooing, etc.).
- Smartphone & Tech Savvy: Must have a smartphone with a working camera to communicate with management and submit job photos.
- Professionalism: Maintain a clean, professional appearance. Contractors must wear unbranded attire (free of third-party logos) or may choose to wear a complementary Xpress Mobile Detail shirt provided during orientation.
- Accountability: Stand by your work. If a client reports a missed spot within 48 hours, you must return to remediate it.

- Choose your own hours / Flexible schedule
- On-demand, job-by-job assignment basis

Pay: $75.00 - $140.00 per day
