Part 2: Ermi 101 - Main Training Phase

Objectives:

Provide comprehensive knowledge about all aspects of the company, suitable for sales staff.

Tasks:
1. Company Induction and Product Knowledge:

This is an overview of the company's mission, product lines (including competitors), and terminology related to motion loss and injuries.

Detailed learning about Ermi devices and their interactions with clinicians.
2. Salesforce Integration:

Learn to create and manage reports and dashboards within Salesforce.
-
Convert at least one process from a non-Salesforce system to Salesforce under supervision.
3. Manufacturing and Warehouse Exposure:

Understand and participate in warehouse processes such as shipping, receiving, refurbishment, and quality control.

Learn about the requirements for setting up a new warehouse location.

Participate in ensuring manufacturing processes align with the Quality Management System.
4. Design and Prototyping:

Engage in product development teams to contribute to design improvements.

Hands-on prototyping of various devices like Cold Therapy, Shoulder Flexionater Plus, etc.

Work alongside Ed Dittmar to understand shop equipment and part fabrication.
5. Quality Management:

6. Clinical Studies and RKT:
