What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners on company-provided appointments to design the right whole home backup power solution for their home.
- Deliver professional in-home presentations that educate customers and build value.
- Prepare proposals, answer questions, and guide homeowners through the buying process.
- Close sales with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset.
- Partner with our operations team to deliver an exceptional customer experience from sale through installation.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for motivated professionals who are competitive, coachable, customer-focused, and driven to succeed.
In-home sales experience is strongly preferred. Experience in home improvement, HVAC, solar, roofing, windows, electrical, or generator sales is a plus. However, we're willing to train the right candidate who has the drive, work ethic, and passion to build a successful sales career.
