We operate in a highly regulated industry. Our facility adheres to strict state compliance, state laws, and rigorous operational standards. As this is a safety-sensitive role within a highly regulated industry, full professional sobriety, strict rule adherence, and meticulous attention to detail are absolute requirements for employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Hospitality: Deliver a hospitable experience. Greet guests warmly, listen actively, and provide professional guidance through our product selection.
- Operational Excellence: Utilize our point-of-sale platform (Dutchie) to process transactions accurately, maintain pristine cash handling, and enforce strict state inventory compliance.
- Store Presentation: Maintain an immaculate, organized storefront that reflects our high brand and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- A naturally positive, professional attitude with a passion for customer service.
- Compliance Mindset: Accountable, punctual, law-abiding, and exceptionally detail-oriented.
- Comfortable learning and navigating digital inventory and retail software.
- Must meet all New Mexico state-mandated age and background requirements for industry employment.
