Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our medical-surgical unit. The medical-surgical RN is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to adult patients with a wide variety of medical conditions and surgical procedures. This role involves assessing patient needs, implementing care plans, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to adult patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatments.
- Administer medications, IV therapy, wound care, and other nursing interventions.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and modify patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.
- Maintain accurate, detailed patient records and documentation.
- Respond to emergencies and changes in patient conditions in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards.
- Support patients’ physical and emotional needs during hospitalization and recovery.
MUST HAVE:
- BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA) and OH State License
- 2 year of Experience – REQUIRED
Shift Timings: Nights: 7:00 pm - 7:30 am (12 hrs)

Pay: $62.00 - $63.00 per hour
