Be the voice of Rentway USA from day one - you'll build how every call, quote, and walk-in gets handled, with a clear path to grow as we do.
What you'll do
- Answer every inbound call, email, and web inquiry fast - quotes out in hours, not days.
- Qualify needs and convert inquiries into POs and active rentals; drive conversion above 30%.
- Greet, qualify, and serve walk-in customers at the counter.
- Onboard new accounts - credit apps, terms, billing; coordinate dispatch with the yard and mechanic.
- Spot upsells and hand bigger accounts to outside sales.
What you'll bring
- 2+ years inside sales, counter sales, or B2B customer service - ideally construction equipment rental, building materials, or industrial distribution.
- Clear English (written and verbal); juggle many customers without dropping balls.
- Comfortable in a CRM and disciplined about logging everything.
- Bonus: experience at a national rental chain (URI, Sunbelt, Herc), construction trade background, rental software (Wynne, Texada, Point of Rental, Quipli), bilingual EN/ES.

Rentway is a European equipment rental leader - the #2 Bobcat purchaser in the Nordics, with the largest heavy fleet in the Baltics (~660 units across 10 branches) and 15 years running the contractor-rental playbook. Merrimack is our first U.S. branch, and you'll help define how we operate here.
THE PACKAGE
- Base ~$56,000 ($27/hour) + performance incentives tied to conversion & revenue - OTE ~$68,000-75,000
