ROLE SUMMARY
Dogtra is seeing a product repair technician who will support the Repair and Refurbish Department. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner and team player.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (BUT NOT LIMITED TO)
· Repair and service electronic devices (product training provided).
· Assist the Repair and Refurbish Department with return product.
· Other duties and tasks as requested by supervisor.
· Communicate with the customer service team.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Electrical and electronic knowledge preferred
· High School diploma (or equivalent work experience)
· Eligible to work in the U.S.
· Bilingual in Korean preferred
